Don't accept ordinary - expect the best! Speak to an expert not a salesperson.
Your instrument requires servicing every 12 to 18 months. But what do you do when your child needs their instrument several times a week for band practice and lessons, not to mention practice? We offer a unique service.
48 Hour Turnaround Service
with SMS Reminder
Contact us and book your instrument into our workshop for a particular day. We'll only keep it for 48 hours. We'll even send you a reminder text 24 hours before you're appointment. Can't get simpler than that!
Quotes are given once we sight the instrument making sure you don't get charged for work you don't need done. Because you're dealing directly with the experts you don't pay a retail markup on repairs. Deal direct and save!

Your instrument will sometimes require repairs between annual servicing. But what do you do when your child needs their instrument several times a week for band practice and lessons, not to mention practice? We offer a unique service.
Don't do it yourself!
As handy as you might be with a screwdriver or tube of superglue, please do not attempt to repair your child's instrument.
Instruments are precision items and you can easily alter the acoustics and settings of the instrument, not to mention invalidate any warranties. Our technicians use specialist equipment and tooling to repair and service your instrument.
Accidents happen and children drop or damage their instruments. If your instrument has been damaged, a mouthpiece is stuck or it simply won't play properly, contact us immediately.
PARENTS >>> Ever had your child tell you of a problem with their instrument a day before a concert? We cater for "musical emergencies" and we can offer emergency appointments to get your instrument ready for performance.
