TRADING TERMSPricing - All prices are quoted & transacted in Australia Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.Delivery & Dispatch - Instrument insurance is the responsibility of the owner (you). GSM does not insure your instrument in transport unless requested by you. All Australia Post dispatches are registered by GSM. If you request Courier or Land Transport, costs are added to your invoice. You are responsible for insurance of your instrument in transport.Warranty on Instrument Purchases - We warrant new instruments for a period of eighteen months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all serviceable items (pads, corks, etc) but does not include wilful or accidental damage, or fair wear and tear. Determination of fair wear and tear will be at our discretion upon inspection of the instrument. Warranty does not include any applied finishes (including plating) as per manufacturer warranties. All new instruments purchased receive a free complete service, valid up to eighteen months from date of purchase.We warrant used instruments for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
